View a. As a separate CUSO of the Credit Union, LGFCU Financial Partners needed a commercial lending site that had a completely different look from other LGFCU materials. They wanted the site to be eye-catching for their audience, which includes firefighters, rescue and E.M.S. squads, and local government units.
The site features custom photography taken of actual commercial lending clients of the Financial Partners, along with equipment and buildings their loans have funded.
This site won a 2011 CUES Golden Mirror Award of Merit and 2011 CUNA Diamond Award of Merit.

View b. The Financial Partners wanted strong imagery with content that emphasized their personal service. Each page features a quote from a client that links to their full testimonial on the
"People Are Talking" page.
When designing and building the site I considered the potential clients that would access it using older computer equipment. The interior pages use CSS3 media queries to change the content's width depending on the user's browser window size while the background photography and texture span larger for wider monitors.
View c. The site is meant to be a "one stop shop" for clients interested in commercial lending. We worked with a programmer to create a loan calculator for step one of their three-step process to apply for a loan. On the
"Let's Get Started" page users can find information on preparing to apply for a loan and also download all needed forms.
View d. On the
"People Are Talking" page the user can view testimonials from past commercial lending clients. To accommodate the large amount of page text I used Adobe Spry to create collapsible panels for each quote topic. The user can view as many or as few testimonials as they wish.
